
Open Broadband, a Charlotte-area provider of fiber and fixed wireless internet, announced Monday its plans for acquiring Forest City-based Blue Prism Internet. This is Open Broadband's first acquisition since its founding in early 2017 — during which time the company has raised more than $500,000 in capital.
