Bistro La Bon is adding a second location later this year — and more restaurants may be in its future. The Plaza Midwood staple has snagged space in Cotswold Village. It is targeting a mid-November opening, says Miguel Cabeda, general manager. That space was formerly occupied by Namastay Kitchen and Hangout.
