State data shows Charlotte region hit hard by layoff notices in April

For the month of April, six WARNs were filed in North Carolina, and all were in the Charlotte region. Updated numbers from the N.C. Department of Commerce show that nearly 400 employees in the Charlotte area were affected those layoff notices.
