Second net-neutrality bill introduced in North Carolina — this time over state contracts

A group of N.C. lawmakers are pushing forward another measure to make net-neutrality protections state law — this one specifically targeting the procurement procedures of state agencies. A group of Democrats in the House filed the bill, which comes a day after a pair of state senators introduced a similar bill. Like the Senate bill, it surrounds net neutrality.
