Chad Botner and partner Gary Bailey started their Garner-based renewables construction and services company with a handful of people in 2015. E8 Energy Group has doubled in size every year since and now has 25 full-time employees. Botner expects to continue to grow at that pace and be at 200 full-timers within four years.
