Charlotte hygiene company names CompuCom exec as CFO

Charlotte-based Diversey Inc. has named CompuCom executive Carlos Sagasta as its new CFO, effective June 18. Sagasta comes from CompuCom, which now has its headquarters in Indian Land, and managed the company’s international operations in Mexico and India. Office Depot (NASDAQ: ODP) bought CompuCom in November 2017. Sagasta takes over the CFO spot from David Toy. Diversey didn’t immediately respond to questions about what happens to Toy.
