This Spanish-inspired restaurant concept has snapped up space in SouthPark. Bulla Gastrobar is targeting a winter 2018 opening. That concept always looks for “up and coming locations,” says Adriana Ruiz, spokesperson. Charlotte doesn’t appear yet on the restaurant’s coming-soon list, but signs have popped up in SouthPark announcing its plans.
