In local news: Realtor.com is out with a list of the 50 hottest ZIP codes in the nation for home sales, and Charlotte's 28273 — located along the southern edge of the city, between Steele Creek and Pineville — landed at No. 30. To compile its ranking, the website analyzed 32,000 ZIP codes based on the time it takes properties to sell and how frequently homes are viewed in each. ZIPs in Cary and Asheville also made the cut.
