An architect team has been selected to design the new Main Library in uptown Charlotte. Virginia Beach, Va.-headquartered Clark Nexsen; Snohetta, based in Oslo, Norway and New York; and Brightspot Strategy out of New York have been appointed to head up the design for the new public library.
