Almost sold-out townhouse project in south Charlotte going vertical

A townhouse development in south Charlotte is on track for opening early next year. Charlotte homebuilder Copper Builders has begun vertical construction at Waldron Grove, a gated townhouse community at 5008 Pineville-Matthews Road, immediately east of Rea Road.
