These are the largest NC and Charlotte-area breweries

This week’s Charlotte Business Journal lists North Carolina and Charlotte-area craft breweries ranked by number of barrels produced in 2016. Charlotte is home to two of the state’s top 10, The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery and NoDa Brewing Co. In 2016, OMB brewed over 21,000 31-gallon barrels, up from about 19,000 in 2015.
