The City of Kannapolis now leaving the station (PHOTOS)

It may not flow off the tongue like the City of New Orleans but the City of Kannapolis now has a locomotive named for it. Oh, and the town of Cary has its moniker on one too. Both engines were christened Tuesday in Raleigh as the N.C. Department of Transportation adds some power to the passenger rail routes between Charlotte and Raleigh.
