Ilham Kadri gets a new title when Diversey spins off from Sealed Air Corp. next month. She becomes CEO as well as president of Diversey, the division that Bain Capital Private Equity is buying from Sealed Air. Kadri came to Sealed Air as president of Diversey Care in 2013. As Bain Capital buys the division, Kadri’s job is included with the deal, which includes the food hygiene solution business that’s now a part of Sealed Air’s food care division.
