IT firm looks to boost head count after new lease at Ayrsley

Two renewals and one new lease represent 28,000 square feet in recent leasing activity at a mixed-use development in Steele Creek. Information technology consulting firm TM Floyd & Co. signed a lease for 5,373 square feet at the Ayrsley Arcade building. Previously, the Columbia, S.C.-based company had been subleasing about 3,200 square feet elsewhere in Ayrsley. The local office of TM Floyd acts as a development center to support clients nationally.
