One multifamily development firm based in Wellington, Fla., appears to be ramping up its presence in the Queen City with two projects on the table. The Bainbridge Cos. recently filed a rezoning petition to develop up to 315 apartments on a vacant 27.8-acre lot east of J.N. Pease Place off Mallard Creek Road.
