Education Department: Charlotte Law ‘ineligible’ for student loans, talks ongoing

Charlotte School of Law expressed optimism this week that its students will have access to federal student loans when classes start up later this month. But that’s not a done deal. The U.S. Department of Education said Monday that talks are ongoing tied to reinstatement of that Title IV funding.
