Cantina 1511 has nabbed a prime location in uptown Charlotte. Plans call for that Mexican concept to open in the Hearst Tower on Sept. 1. The 8,700-square-foot restaurant will be located at the corner of Fifth and College streets. That space was formerly home to Blue Restaurant & Bar, which closed in June after 14 years.
