
Another office building in uptown Charlotte will soon have a new owner following a Ten-X auction that recently concluded. 200 South Tryon — which went back to its lender, LNR Partners, for $18.5 million during a foreclosure sale in 2013 — was auctioned to an undisclosed buyer for a top bid of $33.8 million, according to a source with knowledge of the deal.
