Ollie Mulligan and whiskey go hand in hand. The native of County Kildare, Ireland, turned his love for the spirit into his day job. He launched Great Wagon Road Distilling Co. in Charlotte’s South End in 2013. “It’s been in me for a long time,” Mulligan says.
