Toshiba American Energy Systems will move its hydro-power division to its year-old Charlotte headquarters, adding about 10 jobs here over the next few months. Most of the employees will come to Charlotte over the next few months from the current hydro operations office in Littleton, says Toshiba spokeswoman Trista Schlick.
