Sprint Corp. (NYSE:S) and Charlotte Mecklenburg Library have joined forces for a pilot program allowing students without online access to check out a free Wi-Fi hotspot device. As part of the agreement, 150 wireless hotspots will be available to students of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools who do not have access to broadband service at home.
