A small SouthPark retail center was recently acquired for nearly $14 million. Terraces at SouthPark, at 4717 Sharon Road, was sold for $13.7 million in a deal that closed July 26, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records. The 28,723-square-foot center includes FedEx Office, Sprint and Mattress Firm. Mike Burkard and Steve Shields at CBRE represented the seller, DDR Terraces SP LLC.
