Less than two months into bankruptcy reorganization, Chapel Hill-based gourmet food retailer Southern Season has a new CEO and a new direction. A statement released Friday by the company says Dave Herman, company president, is taking over the CEO seat from Clay Hamner, and that the firm is preparing for a sale.
