A real estate firm has been appointed to market 47 acres of land that includes an old prison near Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The state of North Carolina has selected CBRE as its broker representative in the disposition of 4100 Meadow Oak Drive, a tract of land in the airport submarket that contains the Charlotte Correctional Facility, which closed in 2011.
