The Omni Hotel in uptown Charlotte could undergo renovations if plans are approved. Filings with the city of Charlotte indicate the Omni, at 132 E. Trade St., is slated for a renovation that would give a facelift to the hotel's public spaces, including a re-conceptualization of the exterior facade at the street level of East Trade and South College.
