Last week, a struggling Logan's Roadhouse restaurant chain filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and announced looming closures for 18 undisclosed locations. All four Logan's in the Charlotte area escaped unscathed as did the other seven restaurants in North Carolina, according to a new list from D.C.-based commercial real estate research firm CoStar Group.
