Health-focused eatery chain Freshii is adding its second restaurant in Charlotte this fall. Freshii is targeting an October opening at 4625 Piedmont Row Drive near SouthPark mall and will be operated by local franchisee James Hudgens. That ground-floor restaurant space is located at Suite 115 in Building C of Piedmont Town Center, a mixed-use development with retail and restaurant, office and condominium units.
