
An executive has been sentenced to prison in a case with ties to the ZeekRewards internet Ponzi scheme. Jaymes Meyer, who led California-based Preferred Merchants LLC, pleaded guilty five months ago to obstruction of justice, the Winston-Salem Journal reports.
