Duke CEO: Rail costs at issue in plans to burn natural gas at coal plants

Rail transportation costs factor into Duke Energy’s plans to modify its two Cliffside coal-burning units to also burn natural gas and will impact calculations on whether to modify other plants, CEO Lynn Good says.
