Domtar to spend up to $55M for adult diaper delivery company

Fort Mill-based Domtar Corp. is spending up to $55 million to buy a Missouri-based company that provides adult incontinence and related products to consumers. The deal includes Home Delivery Incontinent Supplies Co. along with its Olivette, Mo., headquarters and distribution center and two retail locations that include one in Daytona Beach, Fla.
