Chuy's closed in SouthPark over the weekend, but fans of the Tex-Mex chain won't have to wait too long before a new location opens in south Charlotte. The Austin, Texas-based chain is relocating from 4301 Sharon Road by SouthPark mall to a spot on Waverly Center Drive. The new location is in the Waverly development, which is near the intersection of Providence and Ardrey Kell Road. That restaurant is expected to open in early November.
