Belk headquarters listed for $80 million

The corporate headquarters for retailer Belk Inc. is on the market for $80 million. Earlier this year, the department store chain inked a 15-year lease at 2801 W. Tyvola Road, the 473,698-square-foot built-to-suit office building that has served as Belk’s headquarters since 1988.
