Amos' Southend to close in March

A music venue in South End announced today that it is closing early next year. Amos' Southend, at 1423 S. Tryon St., is closing after nearly 30 years of business. The 1,400-seat live-music venue opened in South End in 2000 but originally opened in Park Road Shopping Center.
