7th Street Public Market is on track to reopen its doors Thursday, after being closed for emergency infrastructure repairs. The market is slated to open at 7 a.m., with breakfast and coffee available from Hazelnuts Creperie, Local Loaf, Not Just Coffee and Rico’s Acai.
