A south Charlotte apartment complex has recently sold, with the new ownership group eyeing upgrades at the property. New York-based Cedar Grove Capital acquired Monclaire Estates, a 301-unit, 26-acre apartment community located off East Arrowood Road near South Boulevard, on July 15.
