Sale of Yum Brands China franchise at a standstill

The sale of Yum Brands Inc.'s China franchise has come to a halt after the two main bidders disputed its price, according to a report from the Financial Times. China private equity fund Primavera and Singapore's wealth fund Temasek both submitted offers for parts of Yum's assets, according to the report.
