Sleepy Poet Antique Mall owner Dickson Shreffler plans to take his successful consignment shop idea started on South Boulevard in Charlotte to Gastonia. Shreffler will open a Sleepy Poet center in the former Kress building in downtown Gastonia by the end of the year. Shreffler paid $500,000 for the 34,000-square-foot building located at 111 W.
