Old Beau Golf and Country Club, an expansive complex in Roaring Gap, is being auctioned off. The property was developed in 1992 by Winston-Salem businessman Bill Satterfield, who named the development after his English bulldog. The entire complex also includes portions now owned by college basketball commentator Bill Packer and the Kurt Kennington Estate of Charlotte, which purchased portions of the development in the late 1990s after forming Olde Beau Realty Inc., according to property records.
