The Lumbee Tribe has dropped its federal lawsuit against beer giant Anheuser-Busch InBev and a North Carolina distributor. In a court filing Thursday, the state's Lumbee Tribe gave notice of a dismissal “with prejudice.” Each party will pay its own attorneys fees, according to the dismissal terms.
