An entity affiliated with Goldman Sachs and Charlotte developer Lincoln Harris will soon acquire a third uptown parcel. GSLH Charlotte Realty Holdings LLC is under contract to buy the roughly 0.7-acre site at the intersection of South Mint and South Poplar streets in a deal expected to close Sept. 30, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records.
