Gateway Center in uptown sold for $30.5 million

An uptown office building has been acquired for $30.5 million. Gateway Center, a 10-story, 310,745-square-foot building at 901 W. Trade St., was purchased by Chicago-based GEM Realty Capital, according to an industry source. The building is on a 2.3-acre site, between West Fourth and Trade streets, and is part of Gateway Village.
