A Charlotte company and a Kannapolis company are merging and moving most of its operations into a larger building in Cabarrus County. In the process, the new company will bring 20 jobs to Kannapolis as it spends $2.75 million to combine the firms. The new staff members will be added over the coming three years to a current staff of 42 full- and part-time employees.
