Dimensional Fund Advisors recently made another real estate investment in Charlotte’s South End. As previously reported, the Austin, Texas-based company is building its East Coast headquarters on a 2.3-acre site that includes the Common Market site, a property bounded by Camden Road, South Tryon Street and West Park Avenue.
