Charlotte ZIP code among 'hidden gems,' report says

A Charlotte ZIP code has been highlighted for being so bad it is good. Real estate data firm RealtyTrac recently listed Charlotte's 28206 ZIP among the nation's "Best Down-And-Out Neighborhoods to Buy a Home."
