Charlotte-area home sales dipped in June from a year ago, but a local housing market report held some positive indicators for recent residential activity. While home sales dropped 3.3% last month from June 2015, the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association said in its report that the average sales price rose an annual 8.2% to $280,499 and the median sales price increased 8.1% to $225,000.
