Charlotte ranks near bottom in recreation, according to study

There's much room for improvement in the Queen City's realm of recreation, according to the results of a new WalletHub study. Charlotte ranks as the nation's second-worst city for offering its residents beneficial public spaces and recreational activities, says the new report.
