Stamey's Barbecue in Greensboro has been honored for having the "Best BBQ Pork Sandwich in North Carolina." The winners were chosen by readers of 10Best, Sandwich America and USA Today. Voting was conducted over a four-week period. Two restaurants in the Charlotte region were recognized as well: Red Bridges Barbecue Lodge in Shelby landed at No. 5, and Richard's Bar-B-Q in Salisbury came in at No. 8.
