Tapping into the craft beer scene in southwest Charlotte

A craft beer store and bar has set its sights on southwest Charlotte. Carolina Beer Temple plans to open its second location by early fall in the Ayrsley mixed-use development at South Tryon and Interstate 485, says owner Rob Jacik.
