Charter Communications, which completed its buyout of Time Warner Cable last month, plans to move TWC's offices from New York City to Stamford, Conn., when its lease expires at year's end. TWC will give up 75,000 square feet in the Time Warner Center in Manhattan, where it has about 350 employees, sources told the New York Post.
