New York real estate firm acquires Cresa Carolinas

A New York commercial real estate company recently acquired Cresa Carolinas, a tenant representation firm with offices in Charlotte and Durham. Savills Studley, which also specializes in tenant representation, purchased Cresa Carolinas for an undisclosed amount.
